Does my customer need to install an app?
No. NFC reading is built into the phone's operating system. On iPhone XR and newer it works straight from the lock screen with nothing opened first. On Android it works as long as NFC is switched on, which it is by default on almost every handset sold.
What if I change my Google listing or move premises?
Message us and we will reprogram the chip remotely at no charge. The NTAG215 chip is rewritable, so the card you already own keeps working even when the destination changes.
How long does delivery actually take?
Everything is printed and fabricated in Dubai, so standard UAE orders leave within 24 hours and arrive within 48. GCC orders take three to five working days. We are not shipping this in from overseas, which is why it is fast.
Can I put my own logo and colours on it?
Yes. Every product is printed to order. Pick a Custom Card, Stand or Plate, send us your artwork, and we will lay it out and send you a proof before anything goes near a printer.
Is there a battery inside?
No, and there never will be. The chip is passive and draws the small amount of power it needs from the phone's own NFC field. There is nothing to charge and nothing to replace.
Do you do bulk orders for multiple branches?
We do. Franchises, hotel groups and restaurant chains get per-branch programming so each location points at its own listing. Get in touch and we will quote you on the run.
Will it survive a busy restaurant?
The cards are bend-resistant PVC and the plates carry a weatherproof laminate. The acrylic stands are 2mm cast acrylic, so they do not craze or yellow. These live on counters, not in drawers.
